ntroduction to steel fiber
为增强砂浆或混凝土而加入的、长度和直径在一定范围内的细钢丝。常用截面为圆形的长直钢纤维，其长度为10～60毫米，直径为0.2～0.6毫米，长径比为30～100。为增加纤维和砂浆或混凝土的界面粘结，可选用各种异形的钢纤维，其截面有矩形、锯齿形、弯月形的；截面尺寸沿长度而交替变化的；波形的；圆圈状的；端部放大的或带弯钩的等。当使用截面非圆
形的钢纤维时，可按下式计算其当量直径（de)：，
以切断细钢丝法、冷轧带钢剪切、钢锭铣削或钢水快速冷凝法制成长径比（纤维长度与其直径的比值，当纤维截面为非圆形时，采用换算等效截面圆面积的直径）为30～100的纤维。因制取方法的不同钢纤维的性能有很大不同，如冷拔钢丝拉伸强度为380-3000MPa、冷轧带钢剪切法拉伸强度为600-900MPa、钢锭铣削法为700MPa；钢水冷凝法虽为380MPa，但是适合生产耐热纤维。

此外，高强钢钎维混凝土在铁道轨枕预制、高速公路伸缩缝、水泥砼道面等预制、现浇、生产施工等方面均已得到大量应用，其优良性能完全可以取得良好的技术经济和社会环境效益。
一、粘结性
由于钢纤维与混凝土基体的界面粘结主要是物理性的，即以摩擦剪力的传递为主，因此对钢纤维本身来说，应该从纤维表面和纤维形状两个方面来改善其粘结性能。具体的方法有下列四种。
1.使钢纤维表面粗糙化、截面呈不规则形。采用熔抽法生产就能达到这个目的。因为钢纤维在遇空气急剧冷却时，表面收缩不均匀而变得粗糙，同时截面也收缩成月牙形，增加与基体的接触面积。铣削型钢纤维一个表面光滑，另一个表面粗糙，也增加了与混凝土的接触面积。
2.沿钢纤维轴线方向按一定间距对纤维进行塑性加工。例如日本神户制钢公司的“信柯”钢纤维美国雷邦公司的“XOREX"钢纤维（图2-1,c）以及庆安钢铁厂的“S-2”和“S--3"号钢纤维。由于表面压成棱形，或压成波形，增加了机械粘结力。
3.使钢纤维的两端异形化。如钢锭铣削型钢纤维两端带有锚固台；美国贝克尔公甸的"DRAMⅨ"钢纤维（图2-1,e）和庆安钢铁厂的“S-4'和as-so型钢纤维，.都是在两端制成弯钩；还有熔抽法抽取的大头形钢纤维。由于两端的锚固作用，提高了抗拨力。
4.对钢纤维表面涂覆环氧树脂和表面微锈化处理。这种方法对界面粘结强度的提高不如前几种方法，但也有一定的增强效果。
小林一辅、比利时列日大学和章文纲等的试脸都证明有弯钩的钢纤维比平直钢纤维的增强效果提高约一倍，小林一辅的试验说明压棱钢纤维的效果接近有弯钩的钢纤维。这些异形钢纤维不但提高了钢纤维的强度，并且提高了韧度。波形钢纤维虽然对提高钢纤维混凝土强度的作用不大，但是能成倍地提高韧度。

钢纤维检测编辑
1、钢纤维的抗拉强度检验，要求其抗拉强度不低于380MPa；
2、钢纤维的抗弯拆性能，钢纤维应能经受直径3㎜钢棒弯拆90°不断，每批次检验不少于10根；
3、杂质含量，钢纤维表面不得有油污，不得镀有有害物质或影响钢纤维与混凝土粘接的杂质；
4、钢纤维的长度偏差不应**过标准长度的10%，每批次至少随机抽查10根以上；
5、钢纤维的直径或等效直径合格率不得低于90%，可采取重量法检验，每批次抽检100根，用天平称量，卡尺测其长度，要求得到的等效平均值满足规定。
原材料的检验：
必须满足上述原材料的质量控制标准，应按照公路工程施工技术规范的要求进行检验。
钢纤维混凝土的检验：
应重点检验钢纤维混凝土的和易性、塌落度和水灰比等，同时必须现场目检钢纤维在混凝土的分布情况，发现有钢纤维结团现象应延长拌和时间。

Inspection of raw materials:
It must meet the quality control standards of the above raw materials, and shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of the technical specifications for highway engineering construction.
Inspection of steel fiber reinforced concrete:
The workability, slump, water cement ratio, etc. of steel fiber concrete shall be mainly inspected. Meanwhile, the distribution of steel fiber in concrete shall be inspected visually on site. The mixing time shall be prolonged if steel fiber agglomeration is found.

铣削型钢纤维（用厚钢板或钢锭切削）；熔抽钢纤维（用熔融钢水抽制）。有前途的是溶抽钢纤维，价格。
